First I got driven by motorbike to the road where a bus was waiting for me. Completely full with Vietnamese people, there wasn‘t even a bus stop, and we were a little bit late bc we waited for keys to the garage with the motorbike which made me feel very awful. I mostly slept during those 6h up until we stopped 1h before Hanoi and the driver yelling in Vietnamese that it‘s the stop to get out (for me). I was very confused and said I need to go to the Old quarter in Hanoi. The driver took out google translate and it said that a black car will pick me up. A black car didn‘t pick me up. It was another bus, I didn‘t even wait 2min. Also, only Vietnamese people with maybe 3 tourists. The bus stopped again like half an hour from the Old quarter. Everyone leaving the bus. I was the only one left, but the driver confirmed that he is driving me to old quarter and because Bick booked the bus, I trusted this whole process and everything turned out well. Although the bus driver stopped next to the old quarter, in the middle of the road, yelling to get out NOW, the bus still moving slightly, traffic everywhere. I got out in my sock, carrying my shoes in a plastic bag and quickly taking my backpack and yoga mat out of the luggage space. And went straight to bed. What a day.
